In the last tip we looked at how to change the indexing schedule. This tip will share information on how to check for updates in FewClix.

From time to time new versions of FewClix (for Outlook) are released. These may contain new features, defect fixes or enhancements. Here is how you can check if a new update is available:

Step 1

Click on the Help "" icon.

 

Step 2

Click on "". If a new version of FewClix (for Outlook) is available, you can download and install the most recent version.

 

Step 3a

If a new version of FewClix (for Outlook) is available, click on "Download" and a new version of FewClix (for Outlook) will be downloaded.

 

After the download is complete, close Outlook and click on "Update" to install the new version.

 

 

Step 3b

If a new version of FewClix (for Outlook) is not available, the following message will be displayed.
