Emails addressed "Only To Me" are those in which you are the only recipient. In other words, there is no one else marked To or CC in the email.

These are important because the Sender is dependent on receiving a response from you and you only. In case you're not sure if you responded to all of these, you would want to remedy the situation quickly.

Now, imagine trying to sort through your messages to first find emails addressed Only To You and then figuring out if you have responded to each one! This is exactly why nobody attempts this!
