In the last tip we looked at how to find an email when unsure if it is in the Current Folder or in one of its Subfolders.

Many times we don't respond immediately to Meeting invitations. Later, it becomes tedious to locate these invitations. FewClix can help you with this. To locate meetings you have "not yet responded" to, simply click on the "" icon in FewClix while in the "Calendar" mode.

For example, here's how you can find invitations to all meetings that are coming up in the next 7 days and which you have "not yet responded" to:

Step 1

Click on the "" drop-down in FewClix while in "Calendar" mode. You will see options including, "All", "Today", "Last" and "Next". Select "Next".

 

Step 2

Click on "7" to search for invitations to meetings that are coming up in the next 7 days.

 

Step 3

Click on the "" icon under "Status" to search for invitations you have "not yet responded" to.
