A common need for all email users is to quickly locate an email they are looking for. It is a proven fact that users spend a significant amount of time sorting and searching through their email, sometimes multiple times a day. While the degree of difficulty associated with finding an email varies based on your email volume and how organized you are, it is still a challenge.

Now, with FewClix, you can enter or select whatever you remember about the email you are looking for and FewClix narrows it down to the email you need! The "Quick Search bar" in FewClix is designed to help you locate any email you are looking for right away. FewClix enables you to find emails using multiple search options:

• Sender or any recipient
• Emails sent To, CC, BCC or all the above
• Email domain (ibm.com, Synaptris.com, etc)
• Subject
• Email content (body)
• Date / month / year or any period
• Attachment name
• Attachment content
• Size

You can use one more of the above search options to quickly find the email you are looking for or narrow down your search results to a handful of emails that you can pick from.

Your search criteria can now include simple combinations like "e-mails from John", "copied to Jack & Jill", "sent in 2008', "with a PDF attachment", with the word 'Invoice' in the attachment name and isolate the specific email(s) of interest in literally seconds. Now, what could be simpler than this!

Very often emails we receive during the work day determine or modify our tasks and priorities. Hence it is critical to prioritize and respond to the important emails that need attention from the large volume of emails in the Inbox. Many times you may also need to identify and work on a logical set of emails related to a task / deliverable that is due. Between email threads, attachments, tasks, meetings, subscriptions, personal messages, unsolicited email and other email messages, users are challenged by the task of isolating emails that you need to work on or that require immediate attention.

Now, with FewClix, you can get right to the emails that need your attention. You can effortlessly prioritize your email in a few seconds and identify only the emails you need to work on right away.

The Prioritize / Smart Filters panel in FewClix provides you with a host of options designed to assist you in isolating only the set of emails that you need, with a few clicks:

• Emails marked "Only To" / "To" / "CC To" you
• Emails marked Important by the sender
• Flagged emails
• Unread emails
• Emails with attachments (including options to pick between PDFs, Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations, Images and Compressed files)
• Emails that you Responded to
• Emails that you have NOT Responded to
• Emails received in the last 1 / 7/ 30 / 60 / 90 / 365 days or during any period

Organizing emails efficiently is critical to managing the volume of email that most users receive. The two most common ways to organize your emails are by using Folders and by Archiving.

Organizing your Lotus Notes mailbox becomes extremely easy with FewClix. You can use the multiple and powerful Search and Prioritization criteria to quickly select only the emails you want to ‘Move To a Folder’ or 'Archive'. For example, you can select emails from senders / recipients, received during a period/date range, which are above a certain size range, containing certain attachment types, or any using any combination of Search and Prioritize options listed in the previous two sections. Once selected, all you need is 'one click' to move to a folder or archive the selected emails!

FewClix Retro also lets you group emails and perform actions on these groups. These emails can be grouped by using a simple drag-and-drop operation to create single or multi level groups. This also eliminates the need for users to define and manage complex mail rules. You can right-click on any of the groups you created and easily Move emails to a folder, Delete emails, Copy attachments to your local disk or Archive emails – all with just a single click!

Email storage quotas (mail file size limits) and multiple archives also mean that users spend a significant amount of time looking for an email when they are unsure in which archive or mail file it resides. For users who use multiple archives this can be a daunting task.

FewClix enables users to find the emails they need by searching across their primary mail, archives and offline mail files at the same time! The search merges the emails that match the search criteria and delivers precise search results within the FewClix interface.

Multiple archive / mail file search in FewClix is as easy to use. All they need to do is; select the archives / mail files they would like to search across, define the period and the search criteria. The click of the button that follows, presents the emails that match the criteria, in seconds!

The ability to find appointments without having to scroll through calendar entries is very critical for users with a busy calendar. Browsing through calendar entries to locate a meeting, an appointment or any past or future event can be effort intensive and time consuming.

FewClix provides an easy way to locate and keep track of meetings, appointments, all day events, anniversaries, reminders, and event announcements. Search by calendar entry type, date range, chair person, participants and just about anything you happen to remember! With FewClix, Nothing will get by you!

FewClix allows you to customize and personalize the way you look at your email by creating virtual and dynamic "Smart Views". FewClix lets you define multiple ways to look at your email and save each as a Smart View that you can re-use any time you want. For example, if a user frequently needs to access "Status Reports" sent by "Jack or Tom" with a "Spreadsheet attachment", he simply needs to enter the criteria and save the result as a Smart View. This Smart View now displays the emails that meet these criteria any time it is selected. The emails are not moved from their Inbox and hence make it easy for users to locate them without having to create and manage folders.
