How can I use FewClix to save mailbox space and stay under my quota?
Category FewClix 101 | 0 comments
In the last tip we looked at how to sort "My Searches".
This tip is about how to save mailbox space.
Your mailbox quota always seems to cause problems when you least expect it to, and especially when you need to send out an urgent and important email with a largish attachment. That important email is stopped in its tracks, and it seems to take forever to free up space to allow you to send it again.
With FewClix, you do not need to ever worry about exhausting your quota. You can be back under quota in seconds! Here’s how:
Step 1
Click on "Size " and select the ">5M" or "1M – 5M" to isolate your largest emails.
Step 2
Then depending on the content of the email, you can quickly delete or archive the email or strip the attachment to create space, all in a few seconds. After you have dealt with the largest ones, you can then pick the next size category to identify more space-saving opportunities.
For best results, we recommend you run this 2-step "space optimization" process once a week.
