How can I change the indexing schedule?

In the last tip we learned how to view emails for a particular period with just a couple of clicks. This tip will demonstrate how to change FewClix’ indexing schedule.

The default time interval in which FewClix updates your index, is 240 minutes. If the volume of incoming emails is high, an index update every 240 minutes will not fetch you the most recent messages. Here is how you can re-set the time interval of your update to as low as 10 minutes.

Step 1

Click on the "" icon.

Step 2

Click on the "" under "Schedule", select "10" and click "OK".

Note: The lowest time interval you can schedule in all 3.0 versions of FewClix (for Outlook) is 30 minutes. To schedule an index update every 10 minutes, please CLICK HERE and update to 3.1.
