In the last tip we looked at how you can get the list of emails that you need to follow up on.

This tip is about searching for specific types of attachments.

Example 1:

If you are looking only for ZIP files you can find them by typing ".zip" in the "Attachment Name" field.

Example 2:

If you are looking for spreadsheets and specifically for XLS files, you can find them by simply typing ".xls" in the "Attachment Name" field.
