In the last tip we looked at how to find meeting invitations that you have not yet responded to.

This tip is about learning how to forward an attachment without forwarding the email that it came with.

Let’s assume you would like to forward an attachment called "Sales_Email_Template_Follow-up_Success_Stories" that was sent to you by "Maya" in an email, but prefer not to forward the email itself. Here is how you can do it :

Step 1

Type "Maya" in the "Sender" field and click on "Attachment View".

 

Step 2

In the "Attachment View", type "Sales" in the "Name" field.

 

Step 3

Now right click on the search result that is displayed and select the "Send" option. This opens an email template with "Sales_Email_Template_Follow-up_Success_Stories" attached.
