Reporting an issue in FewClix

Maddening as it may be to encounter buggy software in the middle of something important, it is vital that you report the issue. This enables our support and development teams to provide you with quick and preferential issue resolution, making the FewClix experience better in the long run.

So just how do you report an issue in FewClix (for Outlook)?

FewClix' "Report Issue" feature enables instant issue reporting, by emailing FewClix (for Outlook) log files* to the FewClix Support Desk.

Here's how you can use the "Report Issue" feature:

Step 1 – Click on the question mark icon in the top right corner of FewClix ribbon.

Step 2 – Select the "Report Issue" option

Step 3 – Click on "Send" to dispatch the auto-generated email.

And you're all done!
