How can I easily search for meetings in my Outlook calendar?
Category FewClix 101 | 0 comments
Frantically scrabbling in your Outlook calendar, to find information pertaining to a meeting that is coming up in a few minutes, is a common scenario. But that's about to change.
With FewClix' new Calendar Search capability (now available with the release of FewClix (for Outlook) 2.0), you can find ANY meeting or appointment in your calendar in seconds.
For example, let's say you would like to see invitations for meetings organized by your colleague "Maya" that are coming up in the "next 7 days". Here's how you can find out in 3 simple steps using the Calendar view in the FewClix High Volume Mode.
Step 1: In the FewClix ribbon at the top of the Calendar screen, type in "Maya" in the "Organizer" field.
Step 2: Click on the drop down menu next to the "Number of days" field and choose "Next".
Step 3: Then click on "7" in the "Number of days" field.
Hit Enter and there you are!
